- Scope
- This standard stipulates the stamping outer shell of needle roller bearings made of high-quality carbon structural steel (08, 10, 15, 20) in compliance with GB/T 699-1999 and 15CrMo, 20CrMo alloy structural steel in compliance with GB/T 3077-1999. Technical requirements and inspection methods for hardened layer depth, hardness, microstructure, etc. of rings and cages (hereinafter referred to as bearing parts) after carbonitriding heat treatment. This standard is applicable to the quality inspection of carbonitriding heat treatment (effective hardened layer depth ≤ 0.30mm) of high-quality carbon structural steel and alloy structural steel bearing parts of the above steel types or equivalent properties. The total hardened layer depth ≤0.30mm can be used as a reference for the quality inspection of carburizing heat treatment of steel bearing parts.
