This standard specifies the technical conditions, process procedures, quality inspection and basic requirements for qualification standards for repairing steel cylinders of steam turbines in nuclear power plants using welding methods such as electrode arc welding (SMAW) and tungsten inert gas welding (GTAW). This standard is applicable to on-site welding repair of high, medium and low pressure steel cylinders of steam turbines in nuclear power plants.
