Scope

This document provides procedures for the accurate testing of steam turbines in combined cycles. It is the intent of this Code that accurate instrumentation and measurement techniques be used to determine performance. In planning and running the test, the Code user must strive to follow the procedures in this Code to meet the uncertainty requirements.
