Scope: This standard specifies the reasonable protective measures to be taken by the fuel system filling facilities of liquefied natural gas (LNG) vehicles to prevent fire and explosion. This standard is applicable to the design, installation, operation and maintenance of various types of liquefied natural gas (LNG) vehicle fuel system filling facilities with a storage tank volume not exceeding 265 m³, as well as LNG~CNG (compressed natural gas) conversion facilities . This standard does not apply to facilities, equipment and structural devices that have been built or have been approved for construction and installation before this standard takes effect, unless otherwise specified.
