Scope

This specification specifies the design, manufacturing, inspection and testing requirements for medium and light load centrifugal pumps, their drivers and auxiliary equipment in the petrochemical industry. This specification is applicable to the engineering design and equipment procurement of medium and light load centrifugal pumps in the petrochemical industry. Centrifugal pumps that exceed the medium and light load parameter ranges can also refer to the implementation. This specification does not apply to sealless centrifugal pumps.
