This regulation stipulates the requirements for the design, manufacturing, inspection and testing of medium and light load centrifugal pumps, their drivers and auxiliary equipment in the petrochemical industry. These regulations apply to the engineering design and equipment procurement of medium and light load centrifugal pumps in the petrochemical industry. Other industries can refer to this implementation. Centrifugal pumps that fall outside the medium and light load parameter ranges can also be implemented as a reference. Medium and light load centrifugal pumps should meet the following conditions: a) The parameter range should meet both: 1) The rated discharge pressure is less than or equal to 1.9MPa (G); 2) The pumping temperature (medium temperature) is less than 225°C; 3) The rated speed Less than or equal to 3000r/min (it can be increased by 5% when driven by steam turbine): 4) The rated lift is less than or equal to 120m: 5) The maximum suction pressure is less than or equal to 0.5MPa(G); 6) The maximum impeller diameter of the cantilever pump is less than or equal to Equal to 300mm: b) Centrifugal pump manufactured using one of the following standards: 1) IS0 5199-1986: 2) GB/T 5656: 3) ASME B73.1M or ASME B73.2M: c) Axial suction type. This provision does not apply to sealless centrifugal pumps.
