Scope

This part of JB/T 6016 specifies the technical requirements, inspection and evaluation methods and ratings for the metallographic structure of Peng iron monolithic cast piston rings for internal combustion engines. This section is applicable to the inspection and evaluation of the metallographic structure of boron cast iron single-piece cast piston rings of reciprocating piston internal combustion engines with a cylinder diameter not greater than 160 mm.
