- This standard specifies the measurement method of space radio frequency radiation power and receiver performance of mobile stations, including frequency range and limits. This standard applies to portable and vehicle-mounted mobile stations, as well as those mobile stations powered by AC power and used in fixed locations, as well as data devices connected to portable computers through USB interfaces, Express interfaces and PCMCIA interfaces.
