Scope

This specification stipulates the construction quality standards and inspection and test requirements for foundation trench excavation and filling, formwork and brackets, steel bars and concrete, embedded facilities and grouting for petrochemical equipment concrete foundation projects. This specification is applicable to the construction quality acceptance of equipment, frames, and pipe rack cast-in-place concrete structure foundation projects for new, expanded, or renovated petrochemical construction projects. It is not applicable to the quality acceptance of prestressed concrete structure foundation construction.
