Scope: This specification stipulates the quality standards for factory-based manufacturing and installation of steel structure projects such as towers, pipe galleries and frames in petrochemical projects. This specification is applicable to the construction quality acceptance of steel structure projects such as towers, pipe galleries and frames made of carbon structural steel and low alloy structural steel in new, expanded and renovated petrochemical engineering projects.
