Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, inspection and qualifications, visual inspection, non-destructive testing of main bearing parts and safety technical requirements for scrapping of spreaders used for oil drilling and well workovers. This standard applies to the safety technical management of spreaders used for onshore oil drilling and well workovers.
