- This standard specifies the structure generation method of electronic reading content, establishes the general principles for information description and element organization, and gives guidelines for its marking and presentation. This standard is applicable to product development, transmission and distribution, and reading terminal adaptation for mobile reading services. It can also be used as a reference for content production and reading terminal adaptation of general electronic reading materials.
