Scope

This part of GB/T 18294 specifies the terms and definitions, test principles, test instruments, test conditions and test methods of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) in fire technical appraisal. This part is applicable to the identification of gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, paint thinner and other common flammable liquids and their combustion residues at the fire scene.
