Scope
This part of GB/T 21645 specifies the general automatic discovery function, framework, process and discovery message of the transport entity of the Automatically Switched Optical Network (ASON), as well as the automatic discovery mechanism in the Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) and Optical Transport Network (OTN) networks And the link management protocol (LMP) based on communication multi-protocol label switching (GMPLS), etc. This section applies to the Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) transport network defined by ITU-T G.803 and the Optical Transport Network (OTN) defined by ITU-T G.872.
