Within the basic scope described in GB/T 17971.1, this part of GB/T 17971 specifies the alphanumeric area of the keyboard and the division of its partitions, and also specifies the arrangement, numbering and positioning of the keys of the ZA0 alphanumeric partition in the alphanumeric area. As well as the layout and assignment of several control functions on the keys in the functional partition of the alphanumeric area.
