Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of tunable laser gas analyzers. This standard applies to tunable laser gas analyzers that use tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy technology to measure the concentration of one or several gas components in mixed gases or vapors.
