- This standard specifies the minimum requirements for immunity and emission of electromagnetic compatibility of electrical equipment intended for professional, industrial process and educational use, operated by a power supply of less than 1000 V AC or 1500 V DC, or by a circuit under test, which includes Equipment and computing devices for: - measurement and testing; - control; - laboratory use; - auxiliary equipment for use in industrial and non-industrial ) Computing devices and components and similar equipment that fall within the scope of information technology equipment (abbreviated as ITE) do not require additional tests if they meet the corresponding electromagnetic compatibility standards for information technology equipment. If there is a relevant specific electromagnetic compatibility standard, then the specific standard should be selected in priority to this product family standard in all aspects.
