- This standard specifies the classification, requirements and testing methods for flowable polymer-based adhesives for dental restorations. This standard applies to fluid polymer-based adhesives used for bonding restorations or restorative materials to teeth, and for bonding between restorative materials. This standard does not include polymer-based cementing materials in YY 1042 "Dental Resin-Based Filling, Restoration and Cementing Materials".
