Scope
This part of GB/T 18400 specifies the geometric accuracy inspection of vertical (ie vertical Z-axis) machining centers. This part applies to vertical machining centers with basically three numerically controlled axes, namely three linear axes (X, Y, Z) up to 2000 mm, and also applies to additional movements of rams, quills or universal spindle heads. This part applies only to the geometric accuracy inspection of machine tools, not to the kinematic accuracy inspection of machine tools.
