WARNING: Personnel using this standard should have practical experience in formal laboratory work. This standard does not address all possible safety issues. It is the user's responsibility to take appropriate safety and health measures and ensure compliance with the conditions stipulated in the relevant national laws and regulations. This part of GB/T 18340 specifies the mass spectrometric analysis method, quantitative calculation process and analysis quality requirements for the aromatic hydrocarbon composition of petroleum heavy fractions. This part is applicable to the quantitative analysis of 18 aromatic hydrocarbons and 3 aromatic thiophenes in aromatic hydrocarbon fractions of petroleum heavy fractions (boiling range 205°C to 540°C). The sample should be free of olefins, the total sulfur content should be less than 1% of the total weight, and the content of non-aromatic compounds should be less than 5%.
