This standard specifies the hygienic indicators and inspection methods of fresh (frozen) livestock meat, as well as the hygienic requirements for production and processing, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard is applicable to fresh or frozen livestock meat that has passed the veterinary health inspection after slaughtering and processing of livestock.
