Scope: This standard specifies the basic requirements, operating conditions, operation and maintenance, abnormal operation and handling of power transformers (hereinafter referred to as transformers), as well as installation, maintenance, testing, and acceptance requirements. This standard applies to power transformers with voltages from 35kV to 750kV. Converter transformers, reactors, power plant transformers and other similar equipment can be implemented as a reference. Imported power transformers are generally implemented in accordance with these regulations. If necessary, refer to the relevant regulations of the manufacturer.
