- This regulation stipulates the basic requirements for the operation of power transformers (hereinafter referred to as transformers), operation methods, operation and maintenance, abnormal operation and handling, as well as installation, maintenance, testing, and acceptance requirements. This regulation applies to power transformers with a voltage of 1kV and above. Reactors, arc suppression coils, voltage regulators and other similar equipment can be implemented as a reference. Power transformers imported from abroad are generally implemented in accordance with these regulations. If necessary, refer to the relevant regulations of the manufacturer.
