Scope: This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, verification rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) for general lighting. This standard only applies to single-tube white LEDs, and does not include LED clusters or arrays, nor organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). Products not within the scope of this standard can be used as a reference if necessary.
