- This standard specifies the basic requirements for small civilian explosives storage warehouses and is the basic basis for the design, construction, reconstruction, acceptance, evaluation and management of small civilian explosives storage warehouses. This standard is applicable to small civilian explosives storage warehouses whose storage capacity of blasting operation units meets the requirements in Table 1.
