Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements for security prevention of civilian explosives storage warehouses, and is the basic basis for the design, acceptance, and evaluation of security prevention and control of civilian explosives storage warehouses. This standard applies to civilian explosives business units, teaching, scientific research, testing and other units, as well as explosives storage warehouses of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force engaged in engineering blasting for non-military purposes. This standard does not apply to underground explosives storage warehouses in coal mines and non-coal mines.
