This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of kelly plug valves in rotary drilling and workover equipment. This standard applies to manual plug valves. Under normal use conditions, it is applicable to valves of all specifications with a maximum working pressure of 35MPa-105MPa. The rated operating temperature of the valve body is -20°C and above. Other temperature limits are allowed for components of the sealing device. The blowout preventer in the drill string and the drill pipe plug valve of the top drive drilling system can be implemented as a reference when used for workover operations.
