DIN 3970:2010 PDF

Scope: Master gears according to this standard are used for the a single flank gear rolling inspection and double-flank rolling inspection of gears. This standard applies to spur and helical master gears for inspection of gears normal module 0.5 to 20 mm and helix angle up to 45?. The rolling inspection is described in the VDI/VDE guideline 2608 edition March 2001.
