- This part specifies the model, basic parameters, conditions of use, technical requirements, safety and environmental requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of portable plasma beam cutting machines for railway accident rescue. This section applies to portable plasma beam cutting machines that use water or ethanol as the working medium for cutting and welding. It does not apply to air plasma arc cutting machines. Cutting machines used in high altitudes, severe cold areas and those with explosion-proof requirements may refer to this section to make special manufacturing requirements.
