This part of GB/T 17126 specifies the power input connection devices of power output universal joint drive shafts and implements of agricultural tractors or self-propelled machinery. This standard establishes the method for the determination of static and dynamic torsional strength of drive shafts of power take-off universal joints under given manufacturing and safety requirements. This standard applies to power take-off universal joint drive shafts and guards that are mechanically connected to the drive shaft through at least two bearings. This section does not apply to the power output universal joint transmission shaft protected by setting the position, nor does it apply to the mechanical evaluation of the reverse transmission limiting device and the torque limiter. This section does not consider environmental factors.
