This standard specifies the design principles and design methods that should be followed in terms of power supply, logic, protection system configuration and equipment selection for thermal protection systems in thermal power plants. This standard is applicable to the design of new construction, expansion and reconstruction projects of condensing thermal power plants with turbine generator unit capacity of 125MW-1000MW, and also applies to the design of thermal power plants with heating units of 50MW and above.
