- This standard specifies the basic principles and technical requirements for the preparation of soil and water conservation plans for hydropower construction projects. This standard is applicable to the preparation of soil and water conservation plans during the feasibility study phase of new, expanded, and reconstructed large- and medium-sized hydropower construction projects.
