Scope: 1.1 This part of GB/T 16453 specifies the technical requirements for the planning, design, construction and management of small-scale storage and drainage projects on slopes, small-scale storage and diversion projects at the bottom of roadside ditches, and flood diversion projects. 1.2 Scope of application of this part 1.2.1 Small-scale storage and diversion projects at the bottom of roadside ditches include water kilns (dry wells), waterlogging ponds, and utilization of spring water between hills, etc. semi-arid areas. Partially arid and semi-arid areas in the south can also be used as a reference. 1.2.2 Flood diversion projects refer to projects that use slopes, roads, trenches and river floods, silted cultivated land or barren beaches in soil erosion areas during heavy rains, and are suitable for arid and semi-arid regions in the north. Arid and semi-arid local areas in the south can also be used as a reference. 1.2.3 The construction of small water storage, drainage and diversion projects shall not only comply with the provisions of this part, but also comply with the relevant current national standards.
