Scope

This standard specifies the principles and technical requirements that should be followed when designing the configuration of electrical measurement and non-electricity electrical measurement instrumentation devices in hydropower plants. This standard is applicable to the measurement device configuration design of newly built and expanded large and medium-sized hydropower plants and pumped storage power plants (referred to as hydropower plants). The design of other hydropower plants can also be implemented with reference to this standard.
