Scope: This standard specifies the use environmental conditions, installation requirements, technical requirements, test methods and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of the vehicle-mounted automatic phase control system. This standard applies to electric locomotives and electric multiple units powered by AC contact lines. This standard does not apply to subways, urban rail vehicles and other rolling stock powered by DC contact grids.
