Scope
This standard specifies the grade, order content, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of wire rods for prestressed steel wires and steel strands. This standard applies to the manufacture of hot-rolled wire rods for prestressed steel wires and steel strands (hereinafter referred to as wire rods).
