Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, ordering content, dimensions, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of thermal bimetal strip components. This standard applies to thermal bimetallic strip components (hereinafter referred to as components) of low-voltage electrical appliances such as thermal relays and circuit breakers, and can also be applied to thermal bimetallic strip components used in other occasions.
