- This standard applies to the determination of the thermal curvature of straight thermal bimetals with a thickness greater than or equal to 0.3 mm and the spiral thermal bimetal with a thickness of less than 0.3 mm. See Appendix A for the thermal curvature test method of spiral thermal bimetals.
