Scope
This specification covers physical, chemical and microbiological requirements for three types of textured soya protein foodstuffs. Type 1 and type 2 are for addition to meat as meat extenders, and are not intended to be served solely in their reconstituted form. NOTE - The information to be specified in tender invitations and in each order or contract is listed in annex A.
