Scope

This part of GB/T 23718 specifies the requirements for organizations that certify personnel for machine condition monitoring, identifying machine failures and recommending remedial measures, and specifies the procedures for certification of condition monitoring and diagnostic personnel. These requirements are supplementary to the requirements of GB/T 27024-2004/ISO/IEC 17024:2003.
