This standard was drafted by: Hengshui Health and Epidemic Prevention Station, Zhejiang University Institute of Food Science and Fermentation Engineering, Hengshui Luhai Dairy Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Zhang Yongshun, Tian Zhimei, Pei Shidi, Zhang Wenping, Li Yingxia, Ye Xingqian. This standard specifies the sensory, physical and chemical, microbiological and rapid detection methods for milk adulteration of raw milk. This standard is applicable to the rapid inspection of raw milk.
