Scope
This standard is mainly based on JGJ 88-1992 "Safety Technical Specifications for Gantry and Derrick Material Hoists" and GB/T 10054-2005 "Construction Hoists", and is compiled by summarizing the production and use practices of material hoists in recent years. Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix. Chapters 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.1 of Chapter 10 of this standard are mandatory and the rest are recommended. This standard is proposed by the Hebei Provincial Department of Construction. This standard was drafted by: Hebei Construction Industry Association Materials and Equipment Management Branch, Xingtai Yatai Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Qianjin Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Taihang Construction Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., Hebei Construction Group Co., Ltd., Baoding Construction Group Co., Ltd. The company, Tangshan Wanxing Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., Hebei Provincial Construction Machinery Product Quality Inspection Station, Hebei Provincial Construction Machinery Materials and Equipment Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, and Hebei Provincial Special Equipment Supervision and Inspection Institute. This standard is interpreted by the Hebei Provincial Department of Construction. This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, installation and disassembly, use, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of material hoists. This standard is applicable to material hoists with a rated lifting capacity of no more than 2,000 kg in construction, which are specially designed to transport materials, powered by a ground winch and using a wire rope lifting method to vertically lift the basket (cage) along the guide rail (hereinafter referred to as hoist).
