Scope
This standard stipulates various service quality requirements for tourist attractions such as transportation, ticketing, information, explanations, supporting facilities, environment, sanitation, safety, service personnel and complaint handling. This standard applies to tourist attractions within the jurisdiction that receive domestic and foreign tourists, including scenic spots, cultural museums, temples, leisure and recreation areas, nature reserves, city parks, theme parks, forest parks, geological parks, amusement parks, Zoos, botanical gardens and various tourist attractions such as industry, agriculture, economy and trade, science and education, military, sports, culture and art.
