Scope

This standard applies to the preparation of completed financial accounts for all water conservancy capital construction projects included in the national capital construction plan. Water conservancy capital construction projects utilizing foreign capital shall, in addition to complying with these standards, also comply with relevant national regulations on the management of foreign-invested projects.
