- This standard specifies the objects, types, methods and periods of closure of mountains (sand) for afforestation, as well as the principle and technical requirements for the planning and design of closure of mountains (sand) for afforestation, enclosure operations, inspection and investigation of results, and file management. This standard is applicable to the closure of hills (sand) for afforestation in land suitable for forest, forest without standing trees, and sparse forest, as well as the enclosure and transformation of low-quality and low-efficiency forest land and shrub land.
