Scope

This regulation stipulates the conditions, closure and afforestation, planning and design, organization and implementation and management and effect investigation that should be met for mountain (sand) afforestation. This regulation is applicable to the closure of mountains (sand) for afforestation on state-owned, collective and individual sparse forest lands and non-forested lands across the country.
