This Standard specifies the connecting devices as separate entities for the connection of two or more rigid conductors(solid or stranded)or flexible bonductors(complying with JIS C3644, IEC 60344 or relevant JISs),having a cross-sectional area of 0.2 mm~2 or over to and including 35mm~2 with a rated voltage of 1000V or under a.c. at frequency of not exceeding 1000 HZ. or of 1500V or under d.c. used of household and similar purposes.
