- Scope
- This standard specifies the strand composition and conductor characteristics for a wide variety of power cables and flexible cords with nominal cross-sectional areas from 0.5 mm to 2500 mm. Conductors are specified for solid and stranded copper wire, aluminum wire, aluminum alloy wire, and flexible copper conductors for fixed wiring cables.
