- Scope
- This standard specifies the drafting and revision of standards for machinery safety and safety components and their expression rules, the main purpose of which is to achieve coordination and quality of the various standards formulated. This standard also specifies the requirements for selection criteria for new work items, as well as the requirements for fast and efficient development, preparation or revision of standard procedures. Due to the special requirements of machinery safety standards and safety component standards, the requirements given in this standard are a necessary supplement to GB/T 1.1. This standard is mainly used for the drafting of C-type standards. This standard is also applicable to the drafting of Type B standards, however, expected changes in the format of such standards will limit the scope of application of this standard. When the requirements in this standard are only applicable to category B standards, it should be stated.
