This standard specifies the method for measuring the handle vibration of portable wind-powered fire extinguishers powered by internal combustion engines (hereinafter referred to as fire extinguishers). This standard applies to the determination of the vibration of the handle of a portable wind-powered fire extinguisher. This standard can be used for type testing of products, and the test results can be used for comparison of the characteristics of different types of machines of the same type. Although the results measured by the measurement methods specified in this standard are the data obtained by simulating the actual operation of the machine, these data are very close to the real results and represent the characteristics of the machine in actual working conditions.
